What is the best time to visit Kenya for safari and beach?
July–October for the Great Migration in Maasai Mara. December–March for beach holidays and excellent game viewing everywhere.
Do you arrange airport transfers and flights?
We handle all airport pick-ups and drop-offs in Nairobi, Mombasa, or Kisumu. We can also book internal flights (Wilson Airport or JKIA) for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (Kenya & international), Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, and M-Pesa. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted platforms.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Yes — a 30 to 45% deposit secures your dates, camps, and guides. The remaining 70% is due 45 days before travel
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer flexible installment plans for bookings made at least 90 days in advance – just let us know your preferred schedule.
Is my payment safe and protected?
100% secure. We never store card details, and all transactions are protected by industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention.
Reservation FAQs
How do I confirm my reservation?
Once you approve the itinerary and pay the deposit, we send you a confirmation email with your full itinerary, hotel/camp vouchers, and emergency contacts.
What if I need to change my travel dates after reserving?
No problem. We allow one free date change up to 30 days before departure (subject to availability). Just let us know and we’ll rearrange everything.
What is included in my reservation?
All ground transport, expert guides, park fees, accommodations, meals as per the itinerary, bottled water in the vehicle, and 24/7 support. Flights and travel insurance are not included unless requested.
Will I receive a detailed itinerary before travel?
Yes — you’ll get a day-by-day PDF itinerary with exact timings, contact persons, and what to expect at every step.
